These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Primedly's website design and hosting services. By purchasing a plan or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
If you have any questions, contact us at info@primedly.co.uk.
Primedly is a UK-based website design and hosting service operating in England. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Primedly. References to "you" or "client" refer to the individual or business purchasing our services.
We offer the following plans:
All plans include a professionally designed, mobile-friendly website built using your business information. Sites are typically live within 48 hours of receiving the required information from you.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with 30 days' written notice to info@primedly.co.uk.
Content changes included in your plan are subject to fair use limits:
A "change" means a single reasonable update to your site content — for example, updating opening hours, adding a new photo, or amending contact details. Significant redesigns or structural changes fall outside this scope and will be quoted separately.
Unused changes do not roll over to the following month.
A standard .co.uk domain is included in Hosted and Managed plans, registered on your behalf. The domain belongs to you — we will transfer full control to you upon request or cancellation.
Premium or specialist domains (short .com names, unusual extensions, or high-demand names) may carry an additional cost. We will always confirm any extra charge before registering a premium domain.
If you already own a domain, we will connect it to your new site at no extra charge.
You agree to:
Once the setup fee is paid in full, you own the content on your website (text, images you provided, business information). The underlying website code and design are produced by Primedly and licensed to you for use while your plan is active. Upon cancellation, we provide you with the full website files as described in Section 4.
We aim to keep your website live at all times but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will endeavour to resolve any outages promptly. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Primedly's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, business, or reputation, arising from use of our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For any questions about these Terms, please email info@primedly.co.uk.
